Not giving the Diwali gift promised

Dear Sir/Madam,

I have purchased a IFB washing machine Serena (Rs18800/-) from one of your Next retail shop (3367, Ferozpur Road, Ludhiana, Ph.0161-5010340) on October 14. The free gifts (on deepawali occasion) along with machine includes the IFB mark Induction Cooker along with container.

The induction cooker gift (IFB Mark) which cost about 3500/- was not available at that time. So he ensured me that it will given by next week.

Till date, I have made 9-10 calls, visited his store 2 times and write to consumer support of Next Retail Shop, to provide me my Induction cooker with container, but he has not showed any particular interst. It has lead to mental harrasment as well as loss of Rs 3500/- to me.

I hope you will help me in this matter, otherwise the faith of indian will be lost in the present govt system.
