Cut of balance

I recharged my airtel sim 9957372190 with Rs 20 and next morning my balance was 1.31 without making a call or anything and when i try to call customer care it give a message that "type airtel and send to 121 to know your balance..." and disconnects my call so i am really fed up by calling customer care
