Sir,

I drop my mobile at Nokia Priority Center, Kasaragod for Software change on. Target delivery was 12/04.Unfortunately they didn't not change the software and broke the display panel. I am not ready to accept the mobile without correcting it. Please do the needful. Otherwise I will take the legal steps if required.
