Dear Sir
This is the customer of Nokia. I got some problem with my nokia handset 5130 Xpressmusic. I went to the nokia service center in Behala. They checked the phone and told me that the circuit is damaged and they have to replace it. they charged me Rs 1200/- for that they gave me the reciept. They didn't call me for 3-4 days when i called them and ask them about the phone then they said that u have to pay Rs - because we have to replace lots of things. That is not fare. i wont mind to pay that amount if they would have tell me when they checked it before. and they didnt even bother to call me in that 3-4 days to tell me about that. when i called up then they are telling me that i ave to pay extra. Is that the right service???
And the phone is only one and half years old. They cant do that to their customers. Can i pleae get the anwer for that???
