LONG DELAY OF RE-ISSUING POLICY CERTIFICATE AGAINS THE DAMAGED POLICY CERTIFICATE

Dear Sir,

I am a POSTAL LIFE INSURANCE policy holder bearing no OR-111683-UC of MONTHLY PREMIUM Rs. 830/-which is being paid regularly. My policy got damaged as White- Ant completely destroyed it and I applied for issuing new POLICY CERTIFICATE around more than one and half year back (actual date is not being remembered) but I feel sorry to write that till date I failed to Receive the New (duplicate) Policy Certificate till date. Application for the same was submitted in Bhubaneswar post office and my branch post office is Jaipur Road.

I request you to look into the matter and take necessary action for sending me the Policy certificate.
