I ordered a 150 Kaneka solar panels together with a Sunnyboy 7000 inverter. I received the solar panels, but the inverter was to be delivered later due to long delivery time from the manufacturer. I contacted the sales person Juan Bernal several times, but did not receive responses until several months later when I was informed he had left the company. I then asked the new person to look into the case and was told they would do so immediately. Then i waited for a month. No response. I contacted them again and they again told me they would look into the case - this time John Kimball. I waited a further few months. No responses. I then contacted them again - this time a Juan Vergara took the case. First he told me that the documentation showed that i had gotten the item delivered. When I told him to show me the papers he had concerning the delivery - he said he would contact the manufacturer (SMA) and hear if they had delivered the item. Then i waited a week. No answer to several emails. I then contacted SMA and they informed me that they had told Juan Vergara that i had, indeed, not gotten the item delivered. I forwarded this informtation to Juan Vergaras personal mail, also to John Kimbal and sunelectronics website email. No answers from ANYBODY. Now a month later and perhaps 20 emails and several tried to reach them by phone (where i get disconnected when i tell my name and ask for Juan Vergara) no answers at all. Now im considering hiring legal help to get my money refunded. If there is a lawyer out there who wants the case he is welcome to contact me. - Just write on this site. Sunelec ownes me around 4000$. I have all emails where sunelec admits i have paid in full. I have emails from SMA that they havent delivered. As well as from Juan Bernal who writes it hasnt been delivered. The case is clear with written proofs.
