I Vivek Poddar, residing at Warje, pune, would like to complaint against Overnite courier services, pune.
I was expecting a shipment from HDFC bank, AWB no. 4145 7796 65, which I did not received it till date. I spoke to customer service representative at HDFC bank and he told me that they have dispatched my courier on 4.01.2012 and I should received it within 4-5 working day and they provided me AWB no. and the contact details of overnite courier, however no one picks up the call there.
I searched on their website and out of 4 given contact no. only 1 or 2 is working. I tried calling them from the past 3 days. On 9th Jan I spoke to Aarti from overnite and she said that your courier is on the way, the delivery boy will call you and will deliver it by tomorrow, however I have not received it yet.
Today have received a message from the Overnite stating that “Dear customer we are unable to deliver your courier kindly contact us on 9372557337” and surprisingly this no. is also switched off.
On their website the status of my AWB no. 4145 7796 65 is showing as “Undelivered: OFFICE FOUND CLOSED. Friday, January 11 ”however the address given on shipment is of my residence.
This is really pathetic and unacceptable service by the company. I would request you to please look into this and take necessary action.
