THE WORST PACKERS AND MOVERS

The worst service ever provided. They were suppose to deliver things to Darjeeling. Issues:
1. 1st they took complete upfront payment in spite of the customer telling them that they would like to keep some balance amount.
2. They took 16 days to drop my stuff.
3. There was no labor to unload the goods.
4. On asking the Manager Biswajit about the labors, he was so casually saying they have delivered the goods and it is our headache to un load.
5. Mr Biswajit has no etiquette to deal with customers.. Very very rude while speaking.
6. I had to argue with him for hours and finally had to threaten them that his vehicle would not be released until they unload the goods.
7. I had to snatch the drivers key and documents so that Mr Biswajit realized their mistakes. Finally he credited money to my account for the labor unloading charge. Then I gave back the papers and the keys and his vehicle was released.
8. A complete harassment and if I would like to rate them it would be "zero".
9. These people are not at all trust worthy and not fit for them to be in this business.
