The worst service ever provided. They were suppose to deliver things to Darjeeling. Issues:

1. 1st they took complete upfront payment in spite of the customer telling them that they would like to keep some balance amount.

2. They took 16 days to drop my stuff.

3. There was no labor to unload the goods.

4. On asking the Manager Biswajit about the labors, he was so casually saying they have delivered the goods and i
