Reliance infocomm has put me in wrong plans to make my phone bills heavy Maharashtra

Dear Sir / Madam,
The Underisgned is a 61 year old retaired & a former Merchant Navy officer.

This refers to my Telephone no. from Reliance 0129 3200991 taken on 4th April ever since i took the connection, we have been a victim of wrong biling & false promises along with gloated bills.

We had asked for PLAN 600 in writing but we were thrust in this not PLAN 600. On May 18th one Mr. Amreek Singh a Senior Supervisor from Reliance he made sopme adjustments & the latest 10 pages bill we got in partially itemised form, clearly showed that the 1st page & the last one were of PLAN 600 & the others were not not PLAN 600. Despite repeated pleas for complete PLAN 600 bill, we have not been lucky enough to have even one so far. All our local, STD & Sms connection is barred now for a weeks for not paying the wrong billed amount.

Kindly inform us urgently, as we don't want to pay for Gloated billing.

PLAN 600 = Reliance to Reliance phones only Indian Rupees 0.30/- per minute & on other plans it is INR 2.40/- per minute.
