I ordered two watches (over $500 dollars) as gifts on the 17th May. After receiving email notification that shipping information would be with me in a couple of days I waited to allow for this but after not hearing anything from the company I emailed them requesting shipping information.
This was a week after ordering, at this stage they told me that the items would be shipped soon. I then got an email saying that the watches would be shipped on the 15th June (almost a month after ordering) I wasn't pleased by this but thought that I would have them soon so I didn't worry.
Then I got an email saying they would be shipped on the 18th then an email saying they had been shipped (23rd June), several days later I got an email with a tracking number on the shipping companies website it states that the watches were not shipped on the 23rd as I had been told but on the 28th June. The shipping site gives a few shipping activities (all within China!) until the 30th of June then there is no more information - it is now the 5th of June and I have written emails to Watchez.com to request information regarding the actual delivery date of my items and to let them know that I am unhappy with their service.
As yet I have received no reply email (over 24hrs later) I am beginning to really panic that the watches will not arrive but my biggest disappointment is that I ordered these watches as a gift and I need them before the 7th July which now looks unlikely. After waiting to ship for so long if the company knew anything about customer care they would have posted the watches express or at least given me the option to pay more for this service but they did not.
Even if the watches arrive and are lovely I will never use this company again as they are unreliable and there customer service is appalling. If you havent already used them I would consider alternatives.

Please note that I ordered this watch on the 17th May and was under the impression on ordering that the items were in stock and also note that for the last five days there has been no additional information even though I have emailed. I will keep you up-to-date on what happens next.
