My name is Ravi Kumar Tiriveedhi. My mobile number is : 99491218473. I am a aircel customer and requested for mobile porting on 6th May at airtel showroom.. They informed that porting will be completed by 13th May at 10pm. But number was not migrated to Airtel. I called aircel customer care and they said that they have granted the porting from their end and there's problem from airtel end. Airtel customer care executives have taken many complaints. One of the complaint number is: CDAMN3051506417500. They said that porting will be completed by 16th Nite. But till now the problem was not solved. Please check and update me about the status of my complaint and resolve my issue at the earliest as I am a AC mechanic and I am losing my business as my customers are unable to reach me on my number. Appreciate your immediate action.
