Sir,

i happened to buy a prepaid card (sim no 89919500001011909577) of Airtel, 10 days back from a shop in trivandrum, and my mobile no given is 8129354982.

almost every day i am either personally or through phone contacting this executive Mr. Sujith (I think so), and these people are too indifferent and every day they are giving me the answer tomorrow, tomorrow.

is there some thing called customer care or shall i have to deal it legally? Please be advised.
