PROBLEM REGARDING MOBILE NUMBER PORTABILITY

My mobile no is 919502200203

since i am not interested in the services provided by Airtel, i wished to go for a change in the service through MNP. But the present service provider is not allowing me for this, instead they are persuading me with some other offers which are not comfortable to me.

so please help me enable my right of availing the MNP opportunity
