I have been depositing my cheques for monthly payment of dues at the Kairali Apartments, Panampilly Nagar, Cochin drop box for > a year. For past 2-3 months collection from this authourised drop box of yours is erratic and I have had to pay fines for late payment. Kindly ensure that person collecting cheques from this drop box is regular.
