Charging in excess of MRP

Dear Sir,

I am a resident of Rainbow Drive Layout on Sarjapura Main Road in Bangalore. We have a departmental store in our layout who is charging excessive money on most products in his store. The greatest problem is that with basic necessities like Milk and vegetables. He charges an extra 1 rupee on every half litre pack of milk and has no controlled limit in charging for the vegetables. The milk, for example, is priced at Rs 9.50/- per packet wherein he is charging Rs 10.50/- for the same. I am quoting his address and my contact details below.
