I am Chhavi Lecturer UIET MDU Rohtak Haryana.
My husband planned to open a health center so he ordered some euipment from a firm in meerut.later the plan changed and as the money was already been given. We ordered a new set of equipment for home use available with the firm and also got a new receipt of the payment (a new bill of approx Rs. 35000).
8 months have passes and the owner of the firm is not making our order. He is also not saying no but always make excuses.
Kindly help us and suggest where to file the case in consumer court.
can it be done here in rohtak where we live or we have to file it n meerut from where we ordered the material.
