Deactivation of hellotunes

My hellotune has been automatically deactivated showing a message of in appropriate balance, though i m having balance in my prepaid connection. i have called the services and asked for the answer thrice but they just say "your hellotune will get acvtivated within 24 hours" but the next day i try its still not done. The coustomer care is really careless...
