This is in reference to my earlier letter dated 13.09. and my telephonic talk with your goodself, I am to inform you that there is connectivity problem at my flat at the address mentioned below:

The same complaint was informed to your office several times earlier which was however found rectified for some time but now for a long time the problem of non-connectivity again is making a big problem to me and visitors having BSNL Mobile in my office.
