I have two cell number ie 9892012412 & 9892062032. My simcard of 9892062032 lost in transit on 28th Nov 07, hence i intimated your organisation on your site, but we didnot receive any response. Hence we personally visited your Mirard Airtel Gallery on 29th Nov and purchased a dublicate sim card (8991923000085075303) by paying inr 300. It was informed that the sim will be activated with in 4hrs time. Sorry to say till date its not done. We personally spoke with your customer service cell on 30th Nov and again lodged the complain. The complain number is 14719452 . When ever we call up your 121 number, we are informed it will take 24hrs to get activated.
Today we wanted to speak with the Manager of customer service, sorry to say firstly the C.S informed, i am the senior, when we pressurised, we were given the name of the Manager but they didnot give his cell number since he was not available. Till now we have not receive any verification call, nor my sim is activated.
This cell is used by my wife and she is working as a manager in Uniworld logistics, we are really handicapped without the cell. I will only request you to pls refund our amt so that we can use some other service provide who do assist during crisis but the same i will never expect from your company..
Iam sure you will atleast ready this complaint and assist others who expect their problem to get it resolved at the earliest and not as per your sweet time.
