Auutomatic subscription of vas and deduction of balance

Dear Sir/Madam,

My name is Swaroop and mobile no is 8015417789 of TATA DOCOMO. The company somehow activated the "GamesPack on DIVE-IN WAP". I tried to unsubscribe the same by dialling deacivation portal in the no 155223 but it says no pack is activated. Rs.5 for 3days is deducted from my balance twice in last week. Kindly arrange to unsubscribe the same & refund of deducted amount.
