I have submitted my mobile for repair on 18 sep 2006 at Nokia Care, Mira Road (E) Dist: Thane. 401107. But after some time they told me that it will take 22 to 25 days to rectify the problem or else they asked me to visit Nokia Care, Marol Naka, Andheri (E), Mumbai
Problem Narration: Handset Speaker not working Properly

On 22 sep 2006 I have submitted my mobile at Nokia care, Andheri. And they told that it will be rectified and expected return date will be 27TH sep 2006.
But at the time of collection i noticed that the speaker is working fine but my mobile software got damaged i.e date and time problem, messaging problem and also mobile hang

Again Next day i.e on 29th Sep 2006 I have submitted my handset for software problem and they asked me to come back on 03 OCT
But later on I noticed that my software is working properly but volume played on my hands free is too low when i contacted Nokia care the apologise for the same (they told me it is again software problem) and asked me to submitted my handset.

On 17th Oct I have submitted my handset for the same problem as mentioned above and the asked my to come back on 20 oct.
At the time of collection I found that my problem is not solved by service engineer and also my mobile is not working properly i.e SOFTWARE is not working properly.

AGAIN on 31st oct i have submitted my handset
as my right side speaker is not working, my handsfree volume is verly slow we cant listen mp3 song and software problem
They asked me to come back on 3rd nov. BUT till date i.e1 13th nov my mobile is under repair and everday they are asking me to come on next day
In between i have contacted many time at nokia company (tel no. 18004253388) but same answer as expected by me "your handset is under repair "
Keeping the view of above story I came to know that from last 50 days my mobile is not working properly and
This type of poor service and poor response is not acceptable for ant reputed company like Nokia
Only because of the negligencies of few people, company reputation get suffered
