Worst ever customer care at NOKIA India. I had given my headset for replacement on 02 Dec & Local care centre informed that it will be replaced within 7 days. After 2 weeks i contacted Noika CALL CENTRE & they toled me that Part will be delivered on/before delivery date (02 Jan) as per Job sheet 085343506/061202/7 . but today (05th Jan) when i contacted them they told it will take 20 more days. Nokia care centre is very poor service.
