Nokia - complete customer apathy

I bought an N-73M on March 18th, 07, paid Rs.22, 000 and till date have used it for a total of about one month (Note: I am writing this on 24th of July 07)! The product is great to store music, capture stills and videos, and works fine until you want to make a phone call. The damn thing can't convey what you are saying to the listener. Whats more, it shuts off on its own, without any warning whatsoever! So I kept carrying my reliable old samsung, just in case it was time to make a phone call.

Next, I went to nokia "CARE". Once, twice, thrice and the fourth time, they just hijacked the phone and now i keep calling up to find out the whereabouts of my N73! They tell me Nokia has a policy to replace the handset if you go to them 3 times in a row for the same problem. So I did check out this option, only for the Nokia care owner to tell me that they do not replace it with a new one. They give you a new phone, so the good thing is that the next time you go to nokia CARE, it wont be for the same problem! Wow, you have to admire the policies, the product, the service CARE, and Nokia! Amazing these guys hope to maintain their number 1 position worldwide, with such a mix to ensure complete customer apathy!!!
