Non-receipt of headphone

I had purchased Nokia N-72 handset from NATIONAL ENTERPRISES, JALGAON (Maharashtra) which is the priority dealer of Nokia Mobile phones. Some accessories, including a HEAD PHONE also came with the phone. After 1 and half month, I realized that the HEADPHONE was not working properly. I went to the above shoppe and inquired about the warranty / guarantee. The shop informed me that there is a warranty of 3 months for HEADPHONE from the date of purchase. I was suggested to go to YASH MOBILE SERVICES, JALGAON, the authorized service center of NOKIA.

Accordingly, I went there on 1st June and submitted the HEADPHONE. A job sheet having no. 2240 was alloted to me and I was told this headphone will go to HCL INFINITE LTD, PUNE and I will get a new headphone within 15 days. But, till date, I have not got the same. I have been contacting YASH MOBILE and HCL PUNE in regular intervals, but the only answer I get is "THERE IS NO STOCK".
