I (Vipin Kumar Pal) has an Airtel No.9810548128 had converted My no. From Postpaid to Prepaid has paid Last bill By cash Airtel Dwarka Outlet on One month back. But Since I had activated the service Auto debit to ICICI Credit Card Last Bill was paid twice of the Amount Rs. 697.00. I had call Airtel 121 regarding this They had tell me Dispatch refund Cheque from Airtel with Reference No. 3880677.

But after one Month no action had been taken. So I request you take action in this mater. Kindly arrange me Dispatch Refund Cheque of Rs 697.00.
