I have been put on a active alerts service which I am unable to discontinue as the link for deactivation does no respond..It is draining me of my balance whereas I have no use for it..My mob no is 8953865686..It is a prepaid connection..Can something be done? Can the Airtel customer care contact me?? Thanks
