One prepaid mobile bearing No. 9938667660 was purchased by me from local retailer, furnishing required documents as sought by him. My SIM activated and after 2 days, message received by me to provide with documents. After discussions with the retailer, I furnished the same. My mobile deactivated after a few days. On inquiry with the retailer, he requested me to furnish the documents again and I did so. My mobile not yet activated since last about three months. I am totally frustrated with the service of Airtel. But due to the reason that it has got advantage of network in remote country area, I have no option but to opt for Airtel. Please help me activate my SIM.
