I work for Alstom Projects India Ltd, and the company provided me with an official cellphone. I bought model 6280 from xxx on xxx. Ever since then it has been four times to the service centre and now days is still there. I have been trying to get to send my frustattion to someone in Nokia, either in India or Finland, but have not been able to get to any address of contact number. My utter frustation bought me to google where i requested for a forum to make formal complaints and bigo&i had your site with me to complain.
I by this message request NOKIA to be user freeiendly in they have the customer focus which thety usually say.. and it would be great if soemone contacts over my email from them...
