I was purchase Blackberry (8520) handset on date of 26th Jan. Now within 1 month period I was facing issue in mobile sensor & key pad. The same thing has been inform to Blackberry service centre. Then I am come to know that the hand set is water damage & there are not able to provide service for the same. For your reference please find the complaint No. BB0078109 of Blackberry service centre. Only worried part is that as per blackberry warranty term & conditions handset will service during warranty period against technical issue, but there are enable to provide service to me. Requesting you to kindly look into the matter & solve this issue, if the same issue will not solve by Blackberry services, I want replacement of Handset or Cash back. Waiting for your immediate action on the same….ASAP.
