Dear Airtel,
I have logged complaints on 14.03. 1.04.2011 and then today i.e. 06.04.2011 again. I feel you are insensitive towards your customers and their satisfaction. Before I mention why I spoke to your customer executive today, I would like to mention what I sent as an email to your nodal officer:
"Dear Airtel,
Inspite of making a call on 14.03.2011 (W1038633785) (I have other logs of complain numbers too of the very same date) where I complained for unnecessary deduction of money and activation of services which were never asked for, I have faced the same thing again now. My money has been deducted again & again (my mobile is 9634885462) and the service is still running on my number.
Today, I tried contacting you for registering my complain but no use. Whichever option I choose, I don't land up talking to a customer care executive. I was told that my number has been registered under DND too, if that is the case then how can you again activate a new service or when your representative confessed a mistake and promised to discontinue the value added services then how can you deduct my money again? "
Quite surprisingly and to my disappointment, the services which are still active (like friend chat, listening to songs while you are dialing someone’s no. etc) are not the ones which I would ever activate even in my dreams. I have plenty of nos. to use at home and office so I am hardly using this no. in question these days. Still, in case of any doubt, I challenge Airtel, to go through my logs and ascertain my facts.
What is the point of talking to a customer executive and then even to your supervisor if they forget what they promised to do to resolve the issues. Still now, the services were going, the money is being deducted, the registration in DND is no where in sight. Why did you promised to register my number yourself? And if you did why isn’t it active even after the stipulated time? And if it is not active then shouldn’t I blame your supervisor for the continuous deduction of amount and for the useless activated services on my number? (I was promised to stop the services and DND registration and I am told today that on 29.03. chat, songs etc have been again activated on my no. How?)
Lastly, today when I complained again, the line got disconnected from your side, I re-dialled, did the futile exercise of explaining everything to another executive, he himself suggested me to speak to a supervisor and while I was on hold, the line was again disconnected. To add as a spice, since then, I have been trying to speak to an operator but I am not getting a line and getting useless things to hear (all lines leading to executives are now blocked in this particular no. of mine). I am hundred and one percent sure that it is not a coincident but a design by you people because it has happened before also. The last time recently. You guys don’t let us speak, so that we cant file a proper complain and get our complain nos. too. And I am sure it’s a well planned trick since, without giving my consent, now I am getting messages from Airtel that my services has been stopped? Why? How? While you are not letting me speak all my concerns, how can you take one sided action, you are not authorized to that and a legal action can be taken very easily. If there is a problem in your network whereby, you have problem in listening to all concerns and issues of your customer, then how can you take immediate although half required measures?
Completely disappointing service who is eating the money with unfair practices. I would never ever recommend Airtel’s service to any living soul anymore.
