I had one phone no. 9007005704 in my name KARAMJIT KAUR vide relation no.1020895906. I had applied to migrate from post paid to prepaid. I had visited at your ARC at Bhupen Bose Avenue, KOLKATA, WB. but without any result. On dt. 11/02 your collection agent visited at my add. After much negotiation an amt of Rs. 500 (five hundred only) was finalised which I paid on the spot vide receipt no. WBO/2075944 and a new sim card for prepaid connection was given to me. As I had already destroyed the old sim there is no scope of using postpaid connection but I am still receiving the bill. Today I again paid visit to your ARC to submit complaint instead they gave me your e-mail id to submit my complaint. So please look into the matter and close this chapter.
