Billing Deptt of Bharati Airtel in GHAZIABAD area is very bad.
I cleared all my outstanding bills in the first week of JUNE and deposited Rs 907/- as advised, for keeping my LL phone in Safe custodcy for the TWO Months (June and July) as I was going abroad for this period.
On my return I have been getting SMS from AD-airtelFL and phone calls from some unknown LL nos (not from 121) and some email (from an strange e-mail ADDRESS)-with fake bill, in my opinion.
I did not get any paper-bill or e-bill from AIRTEL directly after May.
I am not FULLY SATISFIED with the response of the customer CARE representative who becomes available through 121, and has promised to look into the issue.
I want to get FULL CALL DETAILS and the adjustment of my SAFE CUSTODY DEPOSIT of Rs 907/- .
