Problem facing in MNP

Despite my several requests to the Airtel for MNP from 24th May till now my request for MNP has not been completed and have been creating problems on flimsy grounds and not allowing me to migrate to Tata Teleservices providers. My cell No.9866819997 and my name is Ashok Kumar and i request the concerned authorities to take immediate action against the above service providers and see that my MNP request is completed at the earliest.
