My 2G sim is not yet converted in to 3G after being recharged for Re 1 nearly 10 days ago through BSNL CSC Bhilwara.
Everytime the same reply "the system is failed."
And at the customer care "1503" they always say me to go to CSC and tell the authorities about this problem rather than doing any right thing.
So please if u can do something for me then it would be a great help for me.
I have purchased a 3G enabled mobile "Samsung GT-B5310" phone for the 3G fascilities but the BSNL is not up to the mark.
