Dear Sirs,
I have tried accessing the online billing facility provided by BSNL so as to make payment of my monthly telephone bill but though the site takes me to the payment section, it fails to open up when I click on the amount (s) I wish to pay. I have reported this to BSNL several times but bo action has been taken to update their page or correct this malfunction. I travel extensively around the wrold and largely depend on this feature to make payment of my bills when they fall due each month from overseas which, at the moment cannot be done because of BSNL's failure to remedy this situation which has been going on for almost three months and more.
