Telephone was not working for over 1 year but were charged every month.
Went to Saligao exchange but no action was taken - would say " now you go home, we will send our technician to repair your phone"
Went to Maousa exchange - said go to Saligao exchange.
On 22/11 - went to meet duty Manager in Saligao - he was out of office, so submitted form to disconnect phone.
Need some one in charge to look into this matter and get a refund.
