I regret to inform Bharti Airtel that your billing section/customer care people are hopeless & one day will come when customers like me shall be helpless to leave Airtel. I don't have any option left. Airtel people started activating unwanted services without my consent on my number & I objected this routine excercise. In some cases they refunded the amount, but their attitude was negetive. At last I decided to Port my number. Now the problem is that I'm unable to get PAC from Airtel. They have blocked my number & I'm unable to send massage on 1900. Even they have blocked 198 customer care access on my number. I had complained for this calling alternatevly through 1909 but another problem " our system is not working call after 24 hrs" from last two days I'm listening the same voice. What to do with Airtel?
Summary of Problems:
1. Activation of unwanted services.
2. Unable to send MNP msg on 1900 & get PAC .
3. Unable to contact/call Customer Care through 198
4. When call through 1909, no solution find their system down, no help.
I request Airtel to kindly look into the matter & let me free from Airtel by providing PAC. I don't have any faith in Airtel.
