Oaming not active and after MNP benifits are not given

Sir,

previously is was a vodafone customer due to range problem i had ported my no. to airtel but the tariff which i was committed before MNP i.e. local to any no.10 paise/min and std 50paise/min was not given to me by the company and my roaming service which is free of cost is also not working
