Illegal activation of services

They are activated unwanted services like cricket updates, Bajan playback without confirmation from our end and the prepaid mobile connections.

I called their service centre and demanded how it was activated without our confirmation. They did not have any valid reason other than someone handling the phone have activated it.

Even when the request was sent they take more than 24 hours to delete the services. In the meantime, the talk time available on the phone is reduced.
