Dear Sir / madam,
I am facing a problem of conectivity since last 20 days where I am making out going calls to any no. but i am not able to hear any dialer tone or ring tone. because of which i am not able to know weather i am conected or other no. is busy or call waiting or swithed off or unreacheble. this has started creating a stress in my working life. as a result i have started making calls from landline no.
I have stopped making any business calls. - Reason 1. I am affraid if other parties will be in waiting. I will never know while calling/ disturbing him while he/ she is on other call calling again and again can create negative image on them.
For this I have already made a request to their CCare cell thrice from 21 march till date.issue Request no.36581845 /36640173 /3666415
I have not recieved any phone calls or any mails from them for redressal of my problem.
Bharti is having a less efficient / effective redressal mechanism.
They dont care for their corporate customers still they have created a Customer care cell.
I myself is taking follow up of my issue & their TAT is also of 8 to 10 days.
No reverts till date, on following up they said they called me but my no. was busy. they also told me Exact time & they accepted they tried my no. only once in these 10 days. This is how Our Biggest brand works.
I request to the hearer of this complaint, for taking strong action against the service provider if found guily on any grounds weather TAT/ Redressal mechanism.
