BILL PLAN NOT CHANGED

I have requested for coporate plan to my cell no 9871426762 . I had deposited all documents & Cheq. since two months. From my bank the payment is also cleared but Bill plan not changed. I have spoken to our service provider DSA but no help is extended & bill plan does not change. Please revert. ASAP
