Jst because they hav d largest customer base, Airtel, no longer is bothered to pay heed to any customer complaint. Since last 1 month I cannot access my mails through my mobile though My GPRS is activated and Airtel have been regularly charging me Rs199/ mnth as rental. First i contacted their technical helpline no. but it seems they didn't have any solution, hence they asked me to bear with them 4 next couple of days untill the problem is solved. This happened on 2nd April. Unable to keep my patience anymore, I walked into their Relationship Store, at Park Street, yesterday. But the technical guy in charge out there Mr. Rakesh Bhattacharya was utmost reluctant even to listen to the complaint and register the same. Unable to take it any longer I mailed their HEAD - CUSTOMER RELATIONS. But even their higher authority did not bother to resolve this issue.
