Disconnection of advanced paid Mobile No

Hi.

I am Nishant Singh, I had a mobile connection of Bharti Airtel 91 9910095264 since 2006. In March I move to Mumbai from Delhi and I want to continue this Mobile No. thats way I spoke to Airtel customer care for any advance rental plan and they had suggest me some Rs.999 advance rental plan for 3 year. In this plan I dont have to pay any thig for Monthly rent, I have to pay only the call which I make.

I took this plan and paid advance rent to Airtel.

But from May my Mobile is out of order and when I spok to customer care they said that your number is permanently disconcted and this number is alloted to somebody else and we will not able to give any refund for your advanced rent.

My request you to please look into the matter and I want my Mobile Number Back anyhow.
