My number is 9818288703, i took new connection few days back and yesterdey i.e. on 25th July around 21:15 Hrs i have recharged with an amount of Rs 100 then automatically my amount getting deducting and comes down to Rs 9 within five minutes. I called up customer care complaint number 198 and spoken to the customer care executive and also the team leader, they said that i have sent SMS to one number.

But i had not sent any single SMS to any number and there is no sent meassage nor any report for the same in the Report option of the SMS. And also the number on which (as per the customer care executive) i have sent SMS did not receive any SMS from my number.
