Purchased a Mobile Handset Nokia N79 model on 04/11. Due to Mallfunctioning of handset submitted several times to Nokia Care centre in New Panvel. Twice they themselves sent the handset sent to their New Delhi Service Centre for repair/rectification of problem. But, they could not solve the problem. On 17/07 again I submited the handset N79 to Nokia Service centre at New Panvel who informed me that they are sending the handset to New Delhi for further action. Vide their Job slip No: 580504867/100702/20 dt. 17/07. Mobile Hand set IMEI No: 356044031735689
On 19/07, I contacted Nokia Care on tel No: 30303838, one Mr. Ziaudin spoke with me. After listening me and going through my mail message he has promised me to contact me within 48 hours. But nohting has heard from him or from Nokia Care. I feel that the after sales service from Nokia is very poor and since the last two months I am contacting Nokia care to solve the problem. But they are not solving the problem. Finally I have written to Nokia care to replace the handset with new one as the existing one is faulty and defective and no more usable. But, till date they have not responded to my reqeust. Since the handset N79 is under warranty, the company, i.e. Nokia must replace the faulty handset if the customer is not satisfied with the performance of the handset.
I must get the hand set rectified Or the handset be replaced or I may be compelled to approach the authorities concerned for justice.
