I got a new Airtel prepaid. As soon as I recharged my account with Rs.150, they deducted Rs.10 every 10 days for Auto Tips, which I never activated. Later they started deducting Rs. 10 for Hello Tunes. I called them, they told me we will credit Rs.40 on 2nd July. I made a call from Airtel gallery. However still they have not given me credit. And the Airtel Gallery owner says they dont have a system in gallery to see the prepaid mobile options. I want an answer as its not a matter of Rs 40, its a matter of ethics as along with me there were people who earn about Rs 2000 a month.
