Billing even after Cancellation

Dear Sir,

I have been a loyal customer of airtel for well over 6 years now. (Vignesh Gautam)

About 3 months ago, I was contacted by your office at swargat, Pune with a very lucrative 'loyalty' offer sim card. So i went ahead and took the sim card (9860483882). I also paid a deposit of Rs. 300 in cash.

However, due to reasons, i decided not to take an additional number & so i when your executive came to my house for confirmation, i refused it.

Later on i also went personally to your office located at kalbhor nagar, chinchwad, pune and personally gave a request for cancellation. I got in touch with one of your executives (Vikas - 9096992210) who assuered me that the cancellation would be proceeded with.

Its been over 3 months and i am still receiving monthly bills & calls demanding bill payments. My usage has been 0, only rentals are being charged. So far Rs. 800 odd.

Even after calling your customer care several times, they seem to be very casual in their approach and always passing the buck.

Please look in to the matter at the earliset and stop harassing me.
