No Network Coverage in my Home since last 21 days

Hi,

I have an airtel mobile (Mobile number: 9717033975). There is no network coverage in my home since 10th August. I raised a complaint with airtel on 14th August. They gave me 25th August as the final date to get the complaint resolved but it did not happen. I called up on 26th August to know the status of my complaint. I was told that the complaint has been closed because network team tried to contact me and they were not able to do that. Now, who is going to make them understand that this is the complaint at the very first place.

Then i talked to one of their nodal officer on 26th Aug (Mobile number : 9897534865) he told me to be assured and the complaint would be resolved in the next 48 hours i.e.by 28th August but i am still facing the same issue even 3 days after their 2nd deadline to get the network issue resolved.

It has been 21 days and i have no network coverage in my home. This is an extremely sorry state of affairs in Airtel. If they are not able to resolve a network issue in NCR in 21 days i wonder how many days or months or years would they take to resolve a similar issue in other parts of the country.

Please get this issue resolved as soon as possible.
