The Concerned Personnel,
I, T. Thirumal Rao residing at #5-5-116, Lashkar Bazaar, Hanamkonda, Warangal, A.P. alongwith my wife, T. Sumana, my son, T. Aditya Kashyap and my mother, T.Savitri Devi have been using five airtel connections with following numbers: 98494 26568, 9849435625, 9849401159, 9963223296 and 9963223599. The last two were to be used one near my mother's bedside and the other in the drawing room, where my aged mother would usually sit, so that it would be convenient for us to contact and converse with her whenever the rest of us were out in the soceity.
My mother was shifted to my brother's residence in the August as my son left to U.S, in the first week of Aug. to pursue higher studies and I had to attend the U.G.C. sponsored Orientation Programme at ASC, O.U., Hyderabad during Aug.2010 itself.
The last two airtel pre-paid airtel connections were now and then sparingly used till 15.10.2010 but later were not in use for three weeks as we had to be in Madras to attend my bro-in-law over a cardiac check-up and its follow-up. On our return to hometown, on noticing the cell with the no. 9963223599 to display "Inactive Sim", I reported the same to Airtel Office, Near Adalat, Hanamkonda to recieve back the harsh reality that the Company has cancelled the connection as it has not been in use for two months!
I request you to sort out the problem and help me out in retaining back the connection with the same number.
